I first filmed afro at a friends wedding about 8 years ago and I thought they sounded ridiculously good for a bunch of young jazz styling hippy kids.

They have gone on to become one of Australia’s best world music/funk/jazz acts and I still get a shiver when I see them play.

That’s them playing on the opening preview movie shouting "How good do you feel?" just after midnight New Years Eve 0405.

My new years wander that year would never have been the same without there distinctive funk groove to strut to.
