browndog was recently awarded a years free advertising by the SBS Foundation for The MJD Foundation, a charity they do work for. The TVC will be aired over 2009/10 and was the result of a 10 minute documentary we did for the foundation in 2008.
Other INDIGENOUS endeavors include a half hour educational documentary for NSW Parks & Wildlife on Indigenous Rock Art Restoration and the filming of a segment for the up and coming NITV Kids Show, Yarramundi Kids.
On the CORPORATE FRONT we have recently completed work for IKEA, AP Eagers (Australia’s largest listed car retail group … over 30 done), a 3D promotional film for Brisbane Grammar School, Brewcraft (Australia’s largest homebrew retailer) and TV commercials for The Mater Childrens Hospital and James Street Markets.
On the FESTIVAL SCENE we have shot Australia’s International Indigenous Festival, 'The Dreaming' for the 5th year running and what an amazing feeling that festival exudes. We have interest from a TV Network to make a small series on the festival.
We have also shot The Byron Bay Bluesfest for the fourth year running with up to 10 cameras per concert and with two 48 track live audio recording desks. We also took care of the big screen live vision mix on the Crossraods Stage this year. With Channel Nine airing a miserly half hour special in March 2008, we have bigger fish to fry including a huge DVD, TV Series and web creations. Stay tuned.
We also hit The Tamworth Country Music Festival at a canter with a crew in 2008 with our producer Carbon Media and the end result was a 7 part series still being screened on Foxtel and Austar via NITV.
We now have produced a trilogy of DVD’s on the Woodford Folk Festival, one of Australia’s largest if not largest festival, which has twice been featured in The Weekend Australian as ‘Feature DVD of the Week’. To quote them in 3 words …. ‘an inspired DVD’.
We have also created 5 other musical DVDs including That 1 Guy, The Doch Gypsy Orchestra, The Laughing Samoans (x2) and Xavier Rudd’s Dark Shades of Blue 20 minute short film DVD. We have also did a film clip for Kate Miller Heidke and the Butt Machine clip for 'That One Guy'. We would love to help you with your next film project and make it amazing.
